Also tried launching the first black ops and it worked aswell, now when trying to launch blackops2 i don't get the "preparing to launch" screen with steamcloud disabled, and when enabled it doesn't make any matter, still won't launch.. The campaing works, but when i am trying to start zombies/multiplayer, there's a black screen. oh, btw i have windows 7 try changing screen mode to windowed fullscreen, it worked for me..
